Search different content types
The plugin lets site visitors search different content types, like:
- Post title, content, and excerpt.
- Posts according to category or taxonomy in the title, post, or description.
- Posts with specific custom fields and metadata.
- WooCommerce products SKU and variation.
- Posts created by a particular author.
- Post with a specific status or date or several comments.
- Specific file types and posts with or without passwords.
Configuration options
You can customize your search box and display them in any area of your site that supports shortcodes. Then, decide on the number of results you want to show and if you want to highlight the search terms on the results page. You can also adjust the order of posts ascending or descending by date, author, relevance, or title. One other option is the ability to choose if you want to show sticky posts on the top of the results.
